Yard Sign Artwork Requirements

Please review these requirements before uploading your files. Correctly prepared artwork helps prevent production delays and unexpected results.

• Preferred format: Single-page PDF
• Also accepted: JPG or JPEG
• Document size: Build the artwork at the exact finished size selected in your order.
• Color mode: CMYK
• Image resolution: 150 dpi at the final printed size
• Bleed: Do not add bleed.
• Crop marks: Do not include crop marks, registration marks or color bars.
• Safe area: Keep important text, logos and critical graphics at least 0.25″ inside every finished edge.
• Fonts: Convert fonts to outlines or embed them in the PDF.
• Colors: Convert Pantone and spot colors to CMYK before uploading.

Double-Sided Orders

Upload one single-page file for the front and one single-page file for the back. Clearly label the files Front and Back. Unless your order specifically provides otherwise, do not combine both sides into a multi-page file.

Before Submitting

Check all spelling, phone numbers, dates, web addresses and QR codes. Artwork is produced based on the files and instructions submitted with the order. Low-resolution images may appear pixelated when enlarged, and printed CMYK colors may differ from colors viewed on a screen.
